Pack your lunch on Wednesday, September 24, and meet us at Wye Park at noon. Wye Park is just past the Abingdon Trailhead of the Creeper Trail!

We'll enjoy lunch together at the pavilion and then take a scenic walk down our beautiful Creeper Trail!

Don't forget to join Libby's Intro to TRX class tomorrow, September 18, at 10:45 A.M.

If you're interested in attending Libby's weekly TRX classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays, you'll need to complete this Intro to TRX class first.

TRX stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise. It is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete the exercises. It is versatile, suitable for all levels, improves cardio and strength, engages the whole body, and is low impact in nature.

We are excited to announce our CAST Swim Team will begin on October 1.

Registration will begin on Monday, September 8, and an optional parents' meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 17, at 5:30 P.M.

The cost for CAST will be $75/month with practices every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 3:30-5:30 P.M.

We look forward to another great swim season!
