Group Exercise
The Rec proudly offers 20+ Group Exercise classes a week focusing on strength, cardio, and mind/body. Our instructors are dedicated to providing you with a safe, effective, and fun workout for a variety of class formats to meet your needs! All standard Group Exercise classes are available to patrons with Platinum Memberships or with the purchase of a fitness class pass. Classes are held in our group exercise classroom, in the indoor pool, and in the gym.
