Personal Training Sessions/Packages can be purchased exclusively through the Certified Trainer
of your choice.
Tuesdays and Thursdays are our Senior Days at the Center. Seniors age 62+ are
welcome to use our facility (classes not included) at no cost from 7am-7pm. Come and join us!
THERAPEUTIC CHAIR MASSAGE
Wellness Focus
A service provided by a Certified Massage Therapist on scheduled days each month. Appointments encouraged, walk ins welcome. Chair massage has many proven health benefits for people of all ages. Sessions are $5.00 each, and include a 5 minute consult with a 10 minute massage.
