CAST Information
CAST is a developmental swim program run by trained coaches to improve swimmers' competitive skills and endurance through progression and practice. Our trained coaches work to improve swimmers' skill levels, and endurance, and to promote a healthy lifestyle.

Swim Team Basics

We recommend that all swimmers should practice a minimum of 2 practices per week. There are 3 practices offered a week.

You must be there to pick your swimmer up at the end of each practice. If you are not there when practice ends, you will be charged $5.00 for every 15 minutes you are late. Please be respectful, and pick your swimmer up on time. If your swimmer is over the age of 14, staff will no longer supervise him or her.

Swimmers aged 13 and under must be signed out with the swim coach. Please see your coach at the end of practice to sign your swimmer out.

The swimmer needs to attend 3 practices the week before a swim meet.

Swimmers must be at the meet location 15 minutes prior to warm-ups to compete in the meet.

Check-in and out with your coach when you arrive at the meet and before you leave.

All swimmers should wear team shirts, caps, and suits, and they should sit together as a team.
